Yes! (United States only) Upon request, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label. *See "Here's How to Return Your Product" information below.

Here's How to Return Your Product:

STEP 1: Email us at info[at] with your order number and a request to return your product. Please tell us if it is a return for a refund or a return for an exchange. We will email you back with a free shipping label that includes our return shipping address. You will need to print and attach the label to the box.

STEP 2: Securely pack your product using bubble wrap and/or other protective fillings to prevent damage during the return shipment.

STEP 3: Drop off the package at the shipping provider noted on the shipping label. Typically we use USPS (Postal Service) for return shipping.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 weekdays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Yes, even sale items can be refunded with the exception of heavily discounted discontinued items*.

⚠️ Important information on refunds for "Buy One Get One XX% Off" promotions:

  • If any items from a "Buy One Get One" promotion is being returned, the savings from the "get one" items will be taken into account and will be subtracted from the refund for the "buy one" item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info[at]

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

*Discontinued Products (if applicable)
Discontinued products are not eligible for returns and refunds. However, we will be happy to issue you an e-gift card to use on your next purchase at
