Still love the product but the new jar I just received is much less concentrated than the previous jars. Previous jars were stiff cream while the new jar seems way more soupy. Still happy with the results but the jar will not last as long and at $40 a jar, that's a problem.
Hi John! Thank you for your review. Rest assured our formula has not changed. During the summer months it may be necessary to refrigerate your shave cream overnight. Itās hot outside and delivery trucks are even hotter. The intense heat can temporarily break down the shave cream to a more liquid form. Placing your jar in the refrigerator overnight will thicken it up back to the proper consistency. Be sure to give it a good stirring after you take it out of the fridge.
