For a small business they do alright except, QUIT running out of favorite items!

I used this product for three days. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to burning my face and making it very red. If you have sensitive skin or have a skin condition, I don't recommend this product.

I ordered the face scrub with the pump. When it arrived the scrub had been compacted in the pump rendering the pump unusable. I even tried soaking the pump and washing it out to no avail. I reached out to customer service and they could not have been more responsive. Within two days I received a brand new scrub in their new squeeze bottle. Apparently the pump problem has been an issue. Hopefully they will switch over entirely to the squeeze bottle. I purchased the Bay Rum after shave along with the face scrub. Love the scent of both. Not too strong and cool to the skin.

I’ve always been a sucker for anything “bay rum” (Barberry knows this only too well) and this scrub is exceptionally good. The fine walnut particles are effective but not so abrasive that this can’t be used every day. (I wouldn’t advise twice in the same day - ya know, morning then evening.) And you don’t need much - I squeeze out a nickel sized dollop in the palm of my hand, rub together very briefly and apply to my wet face. Luxury! And I feel a pronounced upgrade in the quality of shave.

I HAD to buy another one within 2 weeks of using my first bottle, JUST IN CASE it ran out from Barberry Coast online shop. IF postage was cheaper, I would literally beg Allen to set up a subscription model to send me a bottle every 6-8 weeks...

This is my second time ordering product from the company. First time, I was happy. This second order was the face scrub; fine and, a 4 pack of roller ball colognes which came leaking and labels peeling up. I was pretty disappointed in how much was leaked out but, didn't bother to return. The package was delivered in the mailbox and so, in the winter weather... maybe the items were ruined by sitting in the mailbox for about 6 hours.
